--WARRANTY--

All Display Gallery products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective components only. Warranty is not valid for the mishandling or misuse of any product. Display Gallery reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue product specifications, designs and pricing without incurring obligation. In the event a product is discontinued within the one year period, a product of equal quality and value may be substituted. Freight charges for the return of materials to our facility are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground freight charges for the return of repaired or replaced material to the purchaser will be paid by Display Gallery.

Please Note: All warranty returns must be accompanied with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number or return will be refused at time of delivery. Please contact us for a valid RA.

--RETURN POLICY--
ALL CUSTOM MADE GRAPHICS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN

We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of the products purchased from Display Gallery. Damaged and/or defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired after return of the merchandise in its original condition and shipping container, whereupon it will be inspected and a determination made solely by us as to the validity of the claim and its final disposition.

Cancellations will incur a charge of 25% of the sale value of items or services plus any other applicable charges. Cancellations are not accepted once production begins on printed or custom designed items.

All returns to Display Gallery, Inc., whether warranty work or not, must have a 'Return Authorization Number' that has been issued by an authorized representative of Display Gallery, and must be shipped freight 'pre-paid' by end-user. Returns which are deemed by Display Gallery to require manufacturer repairs may be sent directly to Laarhoven Design after receiving permission and shipping details from Display Gallery. Shipments received without an RA Number may be refused and sent back to shipper at shipper's expense.

--DELIVERY--

All Display Gallery components and displays are shipped F.O.B. origin.

Freight Carriers: Our Standard Carrier is UPS. Another carrier may be specified, however this must be coordinated by the purchaser.

Shipping: All items are shipped regular ground UPS unless customer requests otherwise. Alternative time-frame upgrades are available at cost plus $10.00 for expediting shipment.

Insurance: All orders are shipped insured to the purchase value (to protect the purchaser's interests). Insured costs are added to the shipping charge (where applicable).

Lead Time: The time from order receipt to shipment for all Display Gallery products is usually no more than 7-10 working days. However, seasonal demands may influence the amount of production time needed. Please call and check with us prior to order placement to assure lead time needed.

Rush Orders: Certain displays may be available for quick shipment. Please call for specifics. There is no additional charge for providing available products on a rush basis.

Terms: Full payment with order. We welcome checks or Master/Visa Card/American Express. In the case of payment by check, the order will begin being processed at such time as the check clears bank - usually a period of one to two weeks. NO C.O.D.
